Your tasks and responsibilites
We are looking for a motivated and highly reliable intern/working student to support us with the following topics:
- Monitoring and set up of Sales Processes within our tool and CRM landscape
- Establish KPI reporting and dashboards for our Sales Managers
- Analysis of current Market Situation in the corporate health and wellbeing sector
- Research and CRM Maintenance
- General Administrative Tasks
- We want you to thrive: The position will grow with you and aligned with your motivation and interest, you will get the chance to lead projects from A to Z
Your profile
- You are almost ready to graduate/already graduated in Business, HR-Management, Psychology
- You already have first experiences in Sales, Marketing and/or Administrative Work and you are willing to learn more
- You are result-oriented
- You are self-organized and well-structured in your work
- First CRM knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Affinity to the topic of mental and physical health (own practice of yoga / mindfulness as a plus)
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus
- Great people skills and a team player with high integrity and accountability
- Hands-on attitude and success- and outcome-driven personality
